What is the Ship By date on a fulfillment request?

The Ship By date is the end of your shipping window; it's the date by which Shipvine should physically ship your fulfillment request.

The earliest date allowed for the Ship By date is calculated by an algorithm looks at the Received At date and accounts for the shipping commitments defined by the Shipvine terms of service.

If the earliest date that the system allows for the Ship By date is too late, then you'll need to request expedited service on the fulfillment request. In the future, transmit your larger fulfillment requests to Shipvine earlier to allow for more processing time.
