The Received At date on a fulfillment request shows the date and time at which Shipvine Logistics accepted your sales order for fulfillment, passing all validation checks. This date is used for calculating the earliest allowed value for the Ship By date, which is the date that Shipvine should finish shipping your order.
If your fulfillment request contained errors, such as an invalid address or stock problem, and was pushed into candidate requests, the Received At date will only reflect the date and time when you fixed the errors and submitted the corrected candidate request for fulfillment. In other words, the shipment commitment clock doesn't start running until you've done your part of clearing all of the validation checks.
