How to request expedited service on an inbound shipment
To request expedited service on an
inbound shipment
, you will need to create an
expedited service request
via our
Logistics website. To do so,

Go to
https://logistics.shipvine.com/inbounds/list
and navigate toward the inbound shipment that you need us to work on.

Click the "View" button on the row for that inbound shipment.

Press the "Request Expedited Service" button. A dialog box will be displayed with the calculated price. The price is based on current system demand and the size of the inbound shipment.

Check the box indicating that you understand the process, and then press the blue "Request Expedited Service" button. We'll be notified immediately of your request via multiple channels and will begin to process it as soon as possible.
