What is the Received At date on a fulfillment request?
The Received At date on a fulfillment request shows the date and time at which Shipvine Logistics accepted your sales order for fulfillment, passing all validation checks. This date is used for calculating the earliest allowed value for the Ship By date, which is the date that Shipvine should finish shipping your order.

In other words, the shipment commitment clock doesn't start running until you've done your part of clearing all of the validation checks.
