How to request expedite service on a Fulfillment Request
processing on a Fulfillment Request you will need to create an Expedited
Service request via our Logistics website so we can get this taken care of for
you. To do so:
1. Select the fulfillment request that needs expedited service. (if it’s a
candidate request, press the green “Fulfill” button to turn it into a candidate
2. Press the “Request Expedited Service” button. A dialog box will be displayed
with the calculated price (price is based on current demand and order size).
3. Check the box indicating that you understand the process, and then press the
blue “Request Expedited Service” button. We’ll be notified immediately of your
request and will begin to process it as soon as possible.
